Welcome to the James Watt Dinner 2026

On behalf of IES may I extend a very warm welcome and thank you for supporting IES and for coming tonight.

Our aim for the evening is to provide a relaxed occasion for meeting old friends, making new ones and entertaining colleagues and clients from all areas of engineering and related businesses.

The Scottish Engineering Hall of Fame celebrates the achievement of Scottish engineers. It was launched in 2011 and tonight we will reveal the inductees for 2026!
