Matthew Coull is a Project Technical Manager at DeepOcean, specialising in subsea decommissioning and construction. With over 11 years of experience in subsea operations, Matthew has worked on ground-breaking projects, including serving as the Project Technical Manager for the Brent Attic Oil Recovery and Don & Miller Decommissioning.

Notably, he led DeepOcean’s heaviest lift to date—the 30” SSIV removal during the Miller project.
