ICE - AI and infrastructure: shaping the future at Sellafield

Kuran Basra and Sinan Pheby will give us an insight on projects at Sellafield Ltd which will continue to boost safety and support the ongoing site remediation.

Kuran will address the latest advancements in the governance of AI technology at Sellafield, acknowledging the recent rapid evolution of this field. Additionally, he will showcase examples of how AI technology is being explored and implemented within the organisation.

Sinan has been responsible for electrical distribution network improvements that will ensure Sellafield is future-ready. Sinan’s presentation will give an overview of the Electrical Distribution Upgrade Project at Sellafield and the multi-discipline challenges in modernising critical infrastructure on a complex nuclear site.
