The latest 2022 Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR) was published recently. This comprehensive and free informative report - now in its 15th year - provides invaluable insight into cybercrime trends worldwide across various industries.

The Verizon DBIR 2022 is one of the most respected publications in cybersecurity and provides a data-driven, real-world view of cybercrime that befalls companies. This year the DBIR team analysed 23,896 security incidents, of which 5,212 were confirmed data breaches.

DBIR provides a view of the evolving cyber threat landscape that risk professionals, Heads of risks, CROs and CISOs can utilise to prepare/adapt their cyber risk management strategy.
